1. Acceptance of Terms
By using salehub.lk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Free Platform
Sale Hub is a free listing platform. We do not charge fees for listing or browsing vehicles. We do not earn commission on sales.
3. No Brokerage
Sale Hub connects buyers and sellers directly. We are NOT a broker, agent, or party to any transaction. All negotiations and transactions occur solely between buyer and seller.
4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Misleading, fraudulent, or illegal listings will be removed and the user banned.
5. ⚠️ Advance Payments
Paying any advance, deposit, or full amount before in-person inspection is at your OWN RISK. Sale Hub is not liable for any loss arising from such payments. Always verify the vehicle and documents before paying.
6. Vehicle Documents
Sellers must hold valid ownership and documents for the vehicle being listed. Buyers should verify all documents at the relevant authority before purchase.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not list stolen vehicles, vehicles with forged documents, or vehicles you do not own. Spam, abusive content, and contact details that are not your own are prohibited.
8. Listing Approval
We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sale Hub is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding listings, sellers, buyers, or transactions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on Sale Hub (logo, design, code) is owned by us and protected by copyright. User-submitted content remains the property of the user, who grants us a license to display it.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
